Our insurance partners aim to provide a high level of customer service at all times, however if you are unhappy with any aspect of their service please follow the steps below, which have been created to ensure you are directed to the firm responsible for dealing with your concerns:

If your compliant is regarding any aspect of the service provided by Joseph W Burley & Partners (UK) Ltd, please contact then at 5-8 Jessops Riverside, Brightside Lane, Sheffield, S9 2RX  or call 0114 2612020. If your complaint is regarding any aspect of the service provided by Milestone Insurance Consultant’s Ltd, please contact them at 20-22 Parkside, Horsforth, Leeds, LS18 4DN or call 0113 2582219. In both cases on the rare occasion your dispute has not been resolved to your satisfaction you may be entitled to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service at, Exchange Tower, Harbour Exchange Square, London, E14 9SR, www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk or contact them on 0300 123 9 123.
