If your complaint is regarding any aspect of the service provided by Milestone Insurance Consultant’s Ltd, please contact them at 20-22 Parkside, Horsforth, Leeds, LS18 4DN or call 0113 2582219. In both cases on the rare occasion your dispute has not been resolved to your satisfaction you may be entitled to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service at, Exchange Tower, Harbour Exchange Square, London, E14 9SR, www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk or contact them on 0300 123 9 123.
