Due to ongoing growth Radius Payment Solutions, a leading global fleet management company, are looking for a Debt Recovery Analyst to join our fast-paced Credit Team at our office in Ronse, Belgium.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the Debt Recovery/Litigation Cycle for aged debt balances.

What will you be doing as a Debt Recovery Analyst?

  • Chasing debtors by all possible methods (i.e. telephone, letter, text, email)
  • Liaising with solicitors, colleagues & debt collection agencies in order recover debt in a prompt & professional manner
  • Issuing Legal Proceedings where appropriate
  • Corresponding with Insolvency Practitioners
  • Updating records in house systems and ensuring compliance with credit insurance protocol
  • Using initiative in order to trace debtors
  • Overcoming debtor objections and resolving queries & disputes promptly
  • Negotiating and upholding payment plans
  • Maintaining & reviewing Sales Ledgers and liaising with Finance Team, Credit Collections & Debt Recovery Management Team
