Location - Old Foundry Road, Ipswich

Working Hours - Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm

Due to ongoing growth, Radius Payment Solutions, a leading global fleet management company, are looking for a Customer Account Manager to join our Customer Accounts team at our newly refurbished office in Ipswich.

What will you be doing as a Customer Retention Agent?

  • Managing your own customer portfolio to ensure that existing customers continue to use our fuel cards or identify reasons why they are not being used
  • Negotiating with existing customers to maximise revenue and volume on a weekly basis
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints such as pricing queries and maintaining high levels of customer service at all times
  • Identify potential within the portfolio for increased revenue
  • Generating leads and up selling our added value products

What experience/skills/attributes do you need to be a successful Customer Account Manager?

  • Good administrative and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills; being confident and articulate
  • Ability to negotiate with clients to achieve win-win situations
  • Methodical and thorough approach towards tasks
  • An ability to work well in a focused team, reliable and able to rapidly establish a high degree of trust and rapport
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Self-motivated and self-disciplined to follow a daily structure
