As an industry leading payment solutions provider, we are seeking an experienced, motivated and focused iOS Developer to join our growing Development team.

Radius Payment Solutions was formed in 1990 and now manages over 3 billion litres of fuel per year and processes 40 million transactions. We have offices in 13 countries, employ over 1300 people and have exciting innovative new products in card payment technologies and the telematics space.

You will join the team responsible for the design, development and maintenance of our mobile applications and customer web portal.

Key Tasks

  • Working across the full development lifecycle of mobile apps.
  • Designing and developing customer facing mobile apps.
  • Thinking creatively to bring new ideas and concepts to existing apps.
  • Estimating the time required to complete work, providing the finished items in-line with the original estimate.
  • Ensuring quality delivery of software including creating documentation and completing testing and code reviews where needed.
  • Taking full ownership and responsibility for applications developed providing ongoing application support if required.

Key Skills/Attributes

The essential skills/attributes are: -

  • Proven working experience in iOS software development.
  • Published iOS apps in the app store.
  • A deep familiarity with Objective-C, swift and Cocoa Touch.
  • Experience working with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics and Core Text.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.
  • Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
  • Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
  • Ability for benchmarking and optimization.

The desirable skills/additional ideal experiences should include:-

  • Exposure to Database technologies, Postgres, Oracle, MySQL
