Position:   Account Manager
Hours:  Full Time, 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

Due to continued growth Kinesis, part of the Radius Payment Solutions group,  is looking for an experienced account manager who can maintain some of our key accounts.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

•Manage the relationships with our Key accounts and White Label partners.
•Be the primary point of contact for all inbound queries from both Key Account and White Label partners.
•Manage SLA’s between the Kinesis Operations Team and the Key Accounts/White Label partners.
•Ensure all queries are resolved within the agreed SLA’s.
•Attend both Skype and Site meetings as per the agreed SLA’s.
•Proactive contact with Key Accounts and White Label as per agreed SLA’s.
