Due to ongoing growth, Radius Payment Solutions, a leading global fleet management company, are looking for a Business Development Advisor to join our Kinesis team at our head office in Crewe.

What will you be doing as a Sales Executive?

  • Selling Kinesis Telematics devices to our existing fuel card customers and new businesses by explaining the full features and benefits of the product to the customer.
  • Actively calling customers through various channels such as calling our existing customers, calling new customers, emailing DM campaigns, exhibition leads, referrals etc.
  • Processing device orders following the Kinesis Customer Journey to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring our existing Kinesis customers are seeing the full benefits and value of their devices via phone, and obtaining any additional orders or referrals from current customers.

What is Kinesis?

Kinesis is our new vehicle tracking service. Using satellite technology to communicate directly with the engine management systems of our customer vehicles, Kinesis shows live vehicle locations, journey history and highlights exactly how their vehicles are being driven with a score rating. All this can be viewed through Velocity, an online portal, which now allows customers to manage both fuel cards and vehicles all in one place. Unlike our competitors we offer a price guarantee and no lengthy contracts.

What experience/skills/attributes do you need?

  • Proven track record of working in a telesales/sales based role.
  • Strong Resilience skills and attitude to ensure top performing results.
  • Ability to work on the following platforms: Microsoft office including Word, Outlook and Excel.


  • Knowledge of the vehicle tracking and telematics industry.
  • Working within a Saas model.

  • Hard working and self-motivated with a desire to succeed.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to have articulate conversations with fleet operators.
  • Works well in a team environment.
  • A quick learner with the ability and flexibility to think on your feet.
