Bill Holmes, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Bio
Over the last 30 years, Bill has transformed the way businesses operate worldwide. His ambition started in 1990 when he founded UK Fuels. Harnessing his knowledge and experience from Esso Petroleum, Bill supplied fuel cards and ancillary services to some of the world’s largest oil companies.
With his eyes firmly set on expansion, Bill rapidly unlocked new global markets for UK Fuels, first expanding into Ireland in 1996 and then to mainland Europe in 2004. After more than two decades of extraordinary growth, Bill led the 2013 merger of over 20 European fuel card companies to form Radius Payment Solutions. Since then, Bill has taken the company on an ambitious growth journey, navigating multiple strategic acquisitions each year to become a global leader in mobility, connectivity and technology solutions.
Lee Everett, Chief Operating Officer (COO) Bio
Lee has been with the business since 2010, having brought with him over 10 years of experience in the fuel card industry.
Initially tasked with developing the Group’s European fuel card solutions, Lee’s impeccable track record in delivering growth, coupled with his strategic mindset and leadership skills, earned him the position of COO in 2018.
Lee is the driving force behind the Group’s fuel, telecoms, telematics, insurance and vehicle solutions offerings.
Tim Morris, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Bio
Tim has responsibility for business planning, strategy, M&A and financing and to ensure Radius has the finance systems and infrastructure in place to support Radius’ growth plans.
Tim joined in September 2021 from Rothschild & Co where he was a Managing Director in Global Financial Advisory providing corporate finance advice to public, private and private equity clients in the UK and Europe. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and prior to Rothschild & Co was a corporate finance partner at EY in the global professional services firm’s Leeds, London, Hong Kong and Manchester offices advising technology enabled services clients.
Simon Oldfield, Director Bio
Simon joined Radius in 2014 as Chief Financial Officer and has played a key role in supporting the Group’s growth since that date.
In 2022 he retired from the CFO role and is now focused on implementing the Group’s strategy around e-mobility, bringing together the various services we offer which are designed to support customers as they transition their vehicle fleets from diesel and petrol towards alternative fuels such as electricity.
Simon also leads development of our Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) strategy. This builds on experience gained immediately before joining Radius when he was part of a private equity backed team that created the UK’s leading energy efficiency and carbon reduction business.
Simon is a Chartered Accountant and until 2009 he was a partner at EY, specialising in providing corporate finance services to high growth businesses, banks and private equity investors.
Roy Sciortino, Group Vice Chairman Bio
Roy is one of the most passionate people in the industry. Having founded PCS Fuel Cards as part of Russell Davies Transport Group in 1988, Roy turned the business into one of the biggest names in the European fuel card market over the next 15 years.
In 2002 Roy left the business, now known as Securicor Fuelserv, to pursue a new venture in reseller operations. Roy then established Smartdiesel and Infuel, and just over a decade later he merged the businesses as part of the formation of Radius Payment Solutions. He has been an invaluable member of the senior team ever since, helping to maintain the company’s growth trajectory.
Edd Lynch, Director Bio
Edward joined the Radius Board in 2018 following Inflexion’s £150 million investment. Having been with Inflexion since 2015, he specialises in investments in the tech sector and has played a key role in six direct investments.
Prior to Inflexion, Edward worked at Catalyst Corporate Finance, a mid-market M&A specialist. Edward brings a growth-focused mindset to Radius and focuses on supporting the company’s international M&A aspirations.
David Whileman, Director Bio
David has been on the Radius board throughout Inflexion’s minority investment and has supported the company’s ambitions since 2018. He joined Inflexion in 2013 as a Partner and is a member of the Executive and Investment Committee.
David leads Inflexion’s specialist £1 billion Partnership Capital Fund II investing £10 - £300m for minority stakes. Previously, David worked at 3i for 16 years, most recently as the Head of UK Private Equity.
Jonathan Haseler, Managing Director Fuel Solutions - UK, Ireland & SEA Bio
Jonathan joined Radius in 2017 as the UK Sales Director, before taking on the wider UK Fuels business. With an exceptional track record and a sharp eye for growth, Jonathan was promoted to Managing Director for the UK in 2020 and was given responsibility for the Irish fuel business shortly afterwards. Jonathan now drives the growth of the fuel card solutions division across the UK, Ireland and Southeast Asia.
Before joining Radius, he spent 15 years at Barclays Bank and Barclaycard, latterly as the UK and European Sales Director and holds an Executive MBA with Distinction from Warwick Business School.
Saul Furse, Managing Director Fuel Solutions - Europe Bio
Saul is an expert in people and business transformation. Throughout his career, he has helped to launch, develop and expand key territories for the Group worldwide. He joined Radius in 2009 and was promoted to Regional Director for Ireland and South East Asia in 2014. Saul was appointed Managing Director in March 2020 responsible for Europe.
Charged with strengthening the fuel card portfolio and key European supplier relationships, the Radius fuel offering has seen tremendous growth under Saul’s leadership. His previous responsibilities included the development of iCompario, the Group's global online lead generation and sales channel brand.
Currently Saul is responsible for the transitional future of the business as Group MD, focusing on e-Mobility through Charge Points, ESG, Energy and Software. He is also responsible for the Global Vehicle Solutions business.
Greville Coe, Managing Director - Telematics Bio
Greville joined Radius in 2017 and oversees the telematics arm of the business, which includes Radius’ market-leading software, Kinesis.
Having previously grown businesses in North America and Australia, Greville’s primary responsibility is to make Radius Telematics one of the world’s leading brands through innovation and strong partnerships as he expands the division’s operations around the globe.
Ray Ferris, Managing Director - Telecoms UK and Ireland Bio
With a strong track record in the industry, Ray became the Managing Director for Telecoms in 2019 after previous high-level appointments at BT, EE and Orange.
Ray brings a wealth of business development and telecoms expertise to Radius and is focusing on accelerating the international growth of this area of the business.
Gareth Jones, Managing Director Vehicle Solutions Bio
Gareth has been involved in the transport and automotive industries for over 24 years, specialising in driving the growth of global vehicle solutions companies. He spent 16 years as Group Commercial Director at Northgate Plc, a leading international commercial vehicle hire business, three years at Ainscough Group and three years leading Dawsongroup | Vans.
At Radius, Gareth is responsible for spearheading the expansion of the company’s innovative vehicle solutions offering.
Emma Quinn, Group HR Director Bio
As Group HR Director, Emma has responsibility for defining and leading the people strategy of the organisation in collaboration with the Chief Executive and senior team colleagues. She supports the Group in all aspects of people and culture which drive our continued and successful expansions in to new continents such as supporting M&A, talent acquisition and development, inclusivity, reward and recognition. Operationally minded and commercially oriented, Emma supports the senior leadership team in dealing with people matters across global and cultural boundaries. Emma successfully partners the business by demonstrating a high level of commercial awareness on those challenges faced by the business in its drive for continued growth.
Emma joined Radius Payment Solutions in 2012. A Loughborough University graduate, Emma obtained a Professional Diploma in Human Resource Management in 2006 and has more than twenty five years of experience in people management and development, executive talent acquisition, change management and employment law.
Emma leads a 25 strong agile global people team who focus on talent planning and acquisition, succession planning, career mapping, training and development and employee relations.
Ian Savage, Group Marketing Director Bio
As Group Marketing Director, Ian has responsibility for defining and leading the Marketing strategy for Radius. His organisation plan and execute the group’s marketing activities and lead transformational projects such as CRM implementation. He is responsible for the group’s cross and up-sell strategies and has a specific focus on innovation and continuous process improvement.
Ian joined Radius Payment Solutions in 2021. A University of Oxford graduate, Ian obtained a D.Phil in Chemistry in 1989 and has more than thirty years of experience in marketing, project management and business development in both the UK and internationally.
Ian leads a 55 strong diverse team of agile marketeers, data scientists and project experts.
Ben Thompson, Corporate Development Director Bio
As Corporate Development Director, Ben directs M&A activity across the business and has primary responsibility for leading the Group’s global diversification program.
Ben joined Radius in 2021 and brings with him 16 years of corporate finance experience. Whilst at DC Advisory, he was responsible for automotive services and specialised in fleet operations, as well as data and software operations. He has a wealth of experience advising national and international fleet businesses operating across leasing, finance and telematics markets.
Martin Souter, Group Credit Director Bio
Having joined the team in 2018, Martin leads Radius’ credit department across 18 countries and oversees Radius Energy.
Having worked at Barclays Corporate & Investment Bank for 16 years in various capacities with some of the largest private and PLC businesses in the North West, Martin brings extensive knowledge of long-term and sustainable business growth. Martin brings his experience to bear in leading the Group’s fund raising, to ensure the group can execute its strategy and deliver its future growth plans. Alongside his professional achievements, Martin holds a PhD from Durham University and a Corporate Finance certificate from the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investments (CISI).
Malcolm Bennett, Group Legal Director Bio
Malcolm is responsible for the Group’s legal, compliance and information security teams and has over 25 years of international experience.
Highly experienced, Malcolm has led on the creation and implementation of a wide range of risk mitigation and legal strategies appropriate for the agile and innovative nature of the Radius group. He joined Radius in 2021 following his role as the Group General Counsel for NGA Human Resources. Prior to that, he was Associate General Counsel at IBM.
