Radius women's and ethnic minority networking event

We were privileged to welcome Sharon Amesu, Leadership and Inclusion Strategist, to the Radius Women's and Ethnic Minority Networking Event.

Sharon spoke about the seven factors which she thinks help organisational teams to perform at the highest level - Connection, Common Purpose, Courage, Commitment, Core, Collaboration and Contrast.

One key takeaway from the session - “Contrast of experience, the contrast of ideas and contrast of perspectives - These all enable our teams to perform powerfully and effectively."
